Cloudier northern England and Northern Ireland, sunshine north and south as well as feeling warm

Plenty of sunshine through this morning across England and Wales, just small amounts of cloud and this will break further as the morning progresses. Thicker cloud in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Warm in the sunshine.

Staying fine and very warm this afternoon for most of England and Wales as well as southern Ireland. Thicker cloud remains in Northern Ireland, the far north of England and southern Scotland although this too is going to be breaking. Sunny spells for central and northern Scotland and staying dry here.

This evening the skies become clearer in Ireland and across England and Wales. Cloud in the west of Scotland but to the east the cloud is going to be well broken.
