Friday
A band of heavy rain soon arrives over Ireland and western Scotland through Friday morning and moving over Wales and Western England in the afternoon. Far eastern parts remaining dry with sunny spells. Windy with gales in west, but higher winds in east. Tops of 14C in north and 16C in south.
 


Friday Night
This band of rain will reach far east overnight into Friday with clear conditions following on the back with occasional showers, these more frequent over western Ireland. A mild night for most with temperatures dropping to 12-14C, but lower over Ireland with minimums of 8C.
 


Saturday
Eastern parts of England and Scotland will see a wet morning, with rain clearing by midday. A mix of sunny spells and showers following, with showers more frequent over western Ireland and western Scotland as well as Wales. By late afternoon most showers will die away, with rain and strong winds arriving over western Ireland, this spreading northeast over Ireland in the evening. Gales will develop over Ireland. Tops of 12-14C over Ireland, Scotland and Wales but up to 17C over England.


Sunday
A cloudy and windy day for all areas with outbreaks of rain spreading east, this heavy at times. Rain will gradually move north, with southern parts seeing drier but still windy conditions in the evening and overnight into Monday. Gales or locally strong gales over Scotland and northern England. Area of rain clearing by early Monday morning. Maximum temperature at 12-14C in north and west, but up to 16C in south and east.
